The terms that apply to new customers eligible for a country-based discount.

VhtLtd offers a discount to new customers on any paid VhtLtd subscription ("Discount"), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below ("Terms").
1.1. The Discount is applicable to new customers signing up for VhtLtd for the first time ("Customer").
1.2. To qualify for the Discount, the Customer's primary location must be the same as both the location when making the subscription purchase and the country where the credit card/payment card was issued.
1.3. The Customer’s account must be in compliance with VhtLtd’s Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
2.1. The Discount is not available to any individuals associated with VhtLtd, including employees, service providers, agents, or representatives. It is also not valid where prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
3.1. The Discount amount may vary based on the Customer’s jurisdiction. The Discount is valid for a 2-year period from the date of purchase of a new subscription plan.
3.2. The Discount applies to all monthly and annual paid subscription plans. For monthly plans, the Discount will be applied to each billing month. For annual plans, the Discount will be applied to each annual payment.
3.3. The Discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
4.1. The specific Discount amount and the applicable coupon code will be shown in a banner on VhtLtd's Pricing Page on the VhtLtd website and within the Customer's VhtLtd account. The coupon code must be entered at checkout to redeem the Discount.
4.2. VhtLtd reserves the right to deny the Discount at any time if these Terms are violated or for other valid reasons.
5.1. This offer is valid from September 2, 2025, to December 2, 2025, inclusive. The Discount will not be granted for any subscriptions purchased outside of this timeframe.
5.2. VhtLtd reserves the right to modify the Discount Period at any time.
6.1. VhtLtd reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Customer's access to the VhtLtd platform and/or the Discount at any time for violating VhtLtd’s Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or these Terms. If this occurs, no refund will be provided.
7.1. VhtLtd reserves the right to terminate or modify the Discount or these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
7.2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other instructions regarding the Discount, these Terms shall prevail.
7.3. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts in Delaware, USA.
By using the Discount, you agree to comply with these Terms and any future modifications provided by VhtLtd.
